Developing wind and solar projects in Germany

The future belongs to renewable energies

Wind and solar energy in Germany

reconcept wind and solar farm project development since 1998

  • many years of experience
  • PV and wind energy installed at 29 locations (around 335 MW )
  • market environment: ambitious climate protection targets - electricity mix to be 80 % renewable by 2030
  • own project development office in Berlin

Right of way for renewables, turbo also for green investments

In Germany, the energy turnaround is not a distant future project - it has long been the present. The contribution of renewable energies is growing steadily from year to year. Almost every second kilowatt hour of electricity is already generated from renewable energy plants throughout Germany. In no other European country is the installed capacity of wind and solar energy plants greater.

The trend towards more RE will continue

The new Berlin government coalition that has been in power since November 2021 has heralded a paradigm shift in energy policy. In the coalition agreement, the SPD, the Greens and the FDP agreed to significantly increase photovoltaics, to introduce a solar obligation for businesses and to rapidly advance the expansion of wind energy with clear legal regulations. In particular, the proposed simplification of planning and approval procedures has the potential to act as a turbo and significantly accelerate the expansion of renewable energies. By 2050 at the latest, our country wants to be largely supplied with clean energy.

Germany has been reconcept's core market for 25 years

Since our company was founded in 1998, we have financed 335 megawatts of installed green capacity nationwide together with our investors and realised them through experienced project developers. Specifically: 218 wind turbines at 29 locations nationwide and 5 solar parks. We continue to see Germany as an important investment location.
